No, because such cakes usually require artificial colouring. We do not use any artificial colouring in all our cakes.

All the cakes are freshly prepared in the morning of the delivery date, thus orders need to be placed at least 2 days in advance of the delivery date. For example, if the cake is supposed to be delivered on 3rd Mar, please place your order no later than 4pm on 1st March.

Yes, please let us know the size you want. We will try our best to personalise one for you. 

As soon as your order has been processed through our secure, on-line, real-time credit card processing system, an e-mail message that confirms the order will be sent to you along with the confirmation of the date and time of your delivery.

We accept cancellations or changing orders only if we are notified at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Refunds will take 7-10 working days of processing time from date of cancellation. Transaction fees may charged for processing refund under bank policy. Please contact us by leaving a message HERE or email us at info@cocoacloud.co.nz for more details. 

Full payment is required prior to delivery via Credit Card or PayPal to confirm the order.

We highly suggest someone be at the delivery address when the cake arrives. Unfortunately our delivery staff cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it.
In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted. If the delivery address is an apartment/condo unit, please also let us know of the front door buzzer code.

We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to be delivered. This must be done by e-mail , quoting your order confirmation number

For the ultimate freshness, we recommend that our cakes are eaten within a single sitting, especially if you’ve got a small crowd to share them with! For those who can’t quite finish the whole cake in one sitting, We recommend that you cling wrap the whole cake box completely to maintain its freshness and to prevent it from drying up or absorbing any fridge smell. You should finish the cake within 2 days and when ready to indulge, let the cake rest for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature to allow it to soften.
