Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows for cancellations and refunds with a 48-hour timeframe. To initiate a refund, kindly submit a written request including your name, contact details, and the Order Number to [email protected] or by replying to your Order Confirmation Email. This request must be sent by 4:00pm, 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up and/or delivery date, or earlier.

For further inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 09 419 1688, or through DMs @cocoacloudcake. Once the refund is processed from our end, please allow your bank and credit card companies unto 5 working days to complete the reversal and refund the amount back into your account.
