It's a moist dark chocolate chiffon cake filled with rich chocolate and coffee mousse, and then topped with a sprinkle of espresso beans. To enhance the flavor and give it a little extra kick, we've also added a touch of Kahlua liqueur. All of this is then coated with a fresh and creamy Chantilly mascarpone cream. I cannot rate this cakery high enough! The textures of these cakes are phenomenal and the flavours are perfectly balanced. I love how the website is set up with clearly labeled layers of each cake. They are beautifully presented too.

I especially love the Signature Cloud Chocolate cake and the Mocha cake, both an easy 10/10. Crowd pleasers too as they are not heavy or stodgy in the slightest. Thank you Cocoa Cloud for your amazing service, skill, textures, and flavours. 🥰
