Refund Policy

At Cocoa Cloud, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our cakes.

Our refund policy allows for cancellations and refunds with a 48-hour timeframe. To initiate a refund, kindly submit a written request including your name, contact details, and the Order Number to cocoacloudnz@gmail.com or by replying to your Order Confirmation Email. This request must be sent by 4:00pm, 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up and/or delivery date, or earlier.

For further inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 09 419 1688, or through DMs @cocoacloudcake. Once the refund is processed from our end, please allow your bank and credit card companies unto 5 working days to complete the reversal and refund the amount back into your account.
